The success of this project is founded on the notion of creating a unique destination in the southern part of Grenada where most of the commercial activities are centered. The programme consists of rental accommodation, commercial spaces, and a marine. Having a mixed -use development will ensure occupancy by catering to a wide array of commercial activities that work in tandem to accommodate various sectors.

The masterplan entails a lower level which will provide support services for the marina and jetty along with storage that ensconce the waterway for the development. The ground level accommodates retailers, shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and food area – all provided with a privileged ocean view. Similarly, hovering above on multiply levels are the rental apartments in an L-shaped building, while offices, a conference center and a cinema in multiple buildings overlook the commercial spaces.
